40m x 20m Outdoor Menage Lighting

A typical ménage of 40m x 20m requires 8 of 400 watt Metal Halide floodlights mounted at 10 metres to meet the requirements of CIBSE LG4 for training, which is a level of 100 lux average with 50% uniformity. It is not recommended to use sodium(SON) lighting for equestrian use due to the yellow/orange colour given off by these lights which horses have difficulty seeing in. This lighting pack contains floodlights,columns and floodlight mounting brackets only. All cable and wiring accessories are not included as these are specific to your individual requirements.
